	Suparsh Kala (Partner) Mr. Suparsh Kala, B.Com; F.C.A. is practising since 2003 in Mumbai. He was Partner in K. C. Jain & Co. and handled various Tax & Audit matter over there. Apart from the overall management of the firm, he is also looking after corporate tax planning, corporate & tax audits, company law matters, project financing, management and financial consultancy and other allied services.He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He also has good knowledge of SAP-ERP package widely used in big corporate houses. Teena S Jain (Partner) Mrs. Teena S. Jain, B.Com; F.C.A. is in practise since 2004 and has been mainly engaged in bank audits, Inspection audits, Management audits, Internal audits and also looking after corporate & tax audits and other allied services. She also has good knowledge of SAP-ERP package widely used in big corporate houses.
